About the Role
TE1, Bancassurance FC岗位职责：
负责业务推动、业务辅导、培训、联络和相关服务工作。
开展专业营销技能进阶培训，快速响应渠道的个性化需求，提供定制化培训方案和及时的一对一辅导演练。
辅助渠道挖掘高净值客户保险需求、配合渠道完成客户保险规划；
按公司规定参加培训及会议，完成活动量管理工作；
完成上级交办的其他工作。
岗位要求：
本科及以上学历；
通过公司和监管要求的相关培训及资格认证考；
原则上应有5年及以上保险营销和管理相关经验，具备保险产品专家、顾问或培训工作经验者优先；
熟悉保险及金融业务知识，需具有CICE保险证书、LOMA证书、AFP证书、CFP证书、RFP证书、FRM证书或官方认证的其他保险专业证书之一；
具有协助渠道进行客户资产配置的能力，熟悉保险外一个或多个产品类别的专业知识，具有相关销售支持经验者优先；
有较强的培训能力及较强的沟通协调能力。
