Marsh is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Specialist – Account Management Captives (C1) for Mumbai location.      

                                                                   

Specialist - Account Management Captives (C1)

What can you expect:

• Should have excellent excel working knowledge.
• Process billing for US Captives region and Islands along with checking agreements and verifying the details.
• Maintaining track of billings and checking each and every request is completed.
• Setting up new clients in the internal systems
• Helping in International billing for raising invoices, reconciling forecast and WIP files, creating a summary of all invoices and sending it to upper management.
• Helping the US stakeholders in whatever information they require such as invoice copies processing urgent billings, etc.
• Tracking revenue for US Consulting and preparing report for the revenue for Marsh and sending it to upper management.
• Preparing various reports such as Revenue Report, Open aged receivables and HUB report
• Chasing clients for outstanding invoices and decreasing the outstanding payments month on month
• Helping the colleagues in US and International teams in the billings for their domiciles as backup and support

We will count on you to:

• Take end to end responsibility of delivery and review of the work done by the analysts and the junior team members.

• Take accountability of moving all the legacy accounts in the new Captives Accounting platform (GCMS)

• Take on additional clients within the existing bandwidth.

What you need to have: 

• Chartered Accountant or relevant accounting degree  / Preferred - CA Inter 

• 2-3 years of experience in preparation and finalization of accounts.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Prior experience in working in Captives Accounting
• Production and Reviewer role (Review of Financials)

• Experience in Audit and Regulatory (respective Domicile) Activities.

• Has basic knowledge in integrating new clients to accounting system
