Job Summary

Part of a larger team delivering high quality technology solutions to the business. Design, develop and installs advanced software solutions. Build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with internal architecture, development & design standards & best practices. Design, modify, develop, write, implement and troubleshoot software programming applications. Support and/or install software applications. Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.  Works within a Waterfall or Agile methodology/framework based team. Collaborates heavily with Project Management, Business Analyst and Infrastructure Job Families.

Essential Job Functions & Tasks

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Technology Project Managers, Architects, Business Stakeholders and participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, implementation, and production support.
• Diagnose complex production incidents, determine root causes, and implement sustainable corrective solution within SLAs.

• Produce and maintain appropriate technical documentation, including application architecture, interfaces, dependencies, support procedures, and solution designs.

• Support Business Analysts and business stakeholders with the creation and execution of System Test cases
• Build trusting relationships and work collaboratively across IT and Business teams, system integrators, vendors, and job families to accomplish complex goals.               

Preferred Requirements:

• 7+ years of enterprise application development and support experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Development, SQL Queries, HTML, JavaScript, React, Oracle/ PL/SQL
• Experience supporting both.NET Framework and modern.NET / ASP.NET Core, including .NET 8, 9, and/or 10.
• Experience with OpenShift and SSO technologies
• Business Process knowledge application development and support as well as change management
• Demonstrate critical thinking, urgency, and attention to detail to support real time operations
• Claude, Git Hub, Jira, CI/CD Pipeline, Oracle WebLogic, Automated Testing, APIs

• 7 years relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.

Compensation Range:

$98,993.00 - $128,688.00
