The role requires close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to craft solutions that not only meet client expectations but also support the overall business objectives and value proposition. This position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure the proposed solutions are practical, competitive, and aligned with client goals, fostering a seamless transition from concept to implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and development of innovative technology solutions that address complex client challenges.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and maintain competitive advantage.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tech Solution Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and secure technology frameworks that support business objectives.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into comprehensive architectural designs.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
- Skilled in risk assessment and mitigation strategies within solution development lifecycles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and practical technology applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Tech Solution Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
