As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to ensure system stability and performance, while adapting to evolving challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline communication and coordination between diverse technical groups to enhance service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing recurring issues and implementing preventive measures.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex system interactions and dependencies.
- Experience in managing multi-vendor environments and coordinating service delivery across various providers.
- Ability to design and implement process improvements that align with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration among technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
