仕事内容（Job Description) Soft services, Facility assistant

We have been awarded facility management services for client offices across four locations in Japan. Our client is a global financial institution ranked among the Fortune 500 companies, continuing to play a central role in the global financial markets.

1. Kitchen and pantry asset management for office

• • Manage client assets
  • Asset updates on the platform
  • Plan the regular maintenance for the kitchen equipment, Coordination with vendors repair works, and escort and site supervision
  • Support finance work, including requests for quotations and raising purchase requests

2.Event support

• • Move and meeting room setup, furniture and fixture relocation, coordination and support
  • Conduct pre-meetings with food vendors, event team

3.Other facility helpdesk support

• • Assist with daily, weekly and monthly facility inspections and reports for 3 sites
  • Monitor Help Desk request and ensure they are actioned within SLA
  • Manage the facility equipment and inventory checking and records
  • Release of internal announcements, posting and management of internal announcements
  • Attendance at relevant meetings for which we are responsible

IMPORTANT COMPETENCIES:

·       Ability to act with a focus on customer satisfaction

·       Concrete execution ability and capacity for proactive action

·       Multitasking and ability to prioritize tasks

Related experience, knowledge & skill:

·       3+ years of experience in facility management or general affairs

·       Physical capability to handle moving heavy items such as furniture and fixtures

·       PC skills (OUTLOOK, Excel, Word)

·       English proficiency (TOEIC 600+ as a guideline)

Preferred (if available):

·       Experience in foreign companies

·       Work experience in facility departments or experience at outsourcing companies providing facility management

·       Experience in maintenance management of kitchen equipment and electrical facilities

1.      オフィスのKitchenとpantryの資産管理
クライアント資産の管理
プラットフォーム上での資産更新
Kitchen機器の定期メンテナンス計画、ベンダーとの修理作業調整、エスコート及び現場監督
Finance業務のサポート（見積依頼や購買申請の起票を含む）

2.      イベントサポート
Moveと会議室設営、家具や備品の移転・調整・サポート
Food vendor、Event teamとの事前打ち合わせの実施

３．その他のFacility Helpdeskサポート

担当を担う関連会議への出席
都内３拠点の施設の日次、週次、月次点検およびレポート作成の補助
Help Deskリクエストの監視とSLA内での対応確認および電話、チャット、メール対応
施設什器、備品の管理、在庫チェック及び記録管理
内部アナウンスメントの発信、掲示及び管理

·       家具・什器などの重量物の移動作業に対応できる体力をお持ちの方

·       PCスキル（OUTLOOK Excel Word） 

·       英語力（TOIEC600点以上目安）

·       外資系企業経験 

·       ファシリティ部門での業務経験、ファシリティマネジメントを提供しているアウトソース企業での経験
