Liquid Personnel is excited to be recruiting for a Social Worker or Senior Practitioner to join Oxfordshire’s highly regarded Family Support & Safeguarding Team. What we're looking for:
✔ Degree in Social Work
✔ Registered with Social Work England
✔ Minimum 2 years' post-qualified experience and completion of the ASYE
✔ Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection legislation, and statutory guidance
✔ Excellent communication, assessment, and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to confidently manage complex cases and contribute to team development
✔ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
