Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Adult Services Team at Rhondda Cynon Taf.

We are recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Adult Services team based at Cynon Principal Offices. You'll be supporting adults aged 18+ with complex and long-term care and support needs, helping individuals achieve positive outcomes and maintain independence within their communities.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Manage a complex Adult Services caseload
• Complete assessments, reviews and support plans
• Support individuals with physical and mental health needs
• Promote positive, person-centred outcomes
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies and professionals

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Registered with Social Care Wales
• Previous Adult Services experience
• Strong assessment and caseload management skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality support
