About your role
In this role, you'll own Juniper Square’s social presence end-to-end — strategy, content operations, employer brand, and the AI-powered workflows that let the program run with increasing scale. You'll define how we show up on LinkedIn and the channels that come next: writing copy, directing creative, and translating launches, campaigns, and thought leadership into social-first content that earns engagement. The right candidate thinks in systems, uses AI as standard infrastructure, and has the creative instincts to produce platform-native content and the operational rigor to build processes that compound over time.
The application deadline for this role is September 14, 2026.
What you’ll do
Own social strategy and day-to-day execution across LinkedIn and future channels.
Manage the social calendar and publishing stack (e.g., Sprout Social or equivalent); own the end-to-end production workflow from brief to live.
Write and edit social copy across platforms; stay close to platform shifts and cultural moments and translate them into native creative opportunities.
Collaborate with the Creative team on social-ready assets, video cuts, and visual content; define what "social-native" looks like for each platform and format.
Support JSQ's employer brand social presence; build and grow the employee amplification program; create social toolkits (copy, assets, and posting guidance) that make it easy for the right internal voices to extend reach credibly.
Design and operate AI workflows. Turn long-form content into platform-specific social assets at scale; use AI tools actively across production to free up time for strategic work; apply judgment to where automation creates leverage and where human voice is irreplaceable.
Monitor performance across engagement, reach, follower growth, and brand impact; identify high-performing formats and emerging opportunities; use data to evolve strategy, not just report it.
Qualifications
5–7 years of social-first experience in B2B tech, fintech, or SaaS.
Demonstrated ability to build and execute platform-specific strategies from scratch across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, etc.
Strong writing and editing skills with a track record of developing a distinct, consistent brand voice on social.
Experience with employee amplification, employer brand programs, or internal social toolkits.
Data-driven mindset: you track performance, draw real conclusions, and iterate from them.
AI fluency: you're already using AI tools and automation to work faster and smarter — not just experimenting, but building workflows and processes that create real leverage.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable in a fast-moving environment where strategy and execution run in parallel.
