We’re looking for a Social Media Account Manager to lead the creative content pipeline for Zeekr’s social channels across 8 markets. You’ll own the briefing and delivery of social-first creative, coordinate closely with creative and studio teams, and act as the client’s trusted partner for all things social content – from concept through to market-ready assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Content Planning

• Own the social content calendar for the Zeekr account, aligning creative themes with quarterly campaign moments across all 8 markets.
• Develop and brief platform-specific creative concepts (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) tailored to market nuances.
• Translate central retail marketing campaigns into market-ready social assets and copy, working closely with creative teams.
• Keep abreast of social content trends and formats, bringing fresh creative ideas to the client.

Campaign Delivery

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of quarterly social campaign assets, ensuring on-time, on-brand creative output across markets.
• Brief and coordinate with creative, design and video teams to produce social-first content.
• Liaise with in-market social/media contacts to ensure local nuance, translation and creative compliance requirements are met.
• Manage creative approval workflows and coordinate with community management teams on go-live timing.

Client Service

• Act as the day-to-day client contact for the social creative workstream, keeping the central retail marketing lead updated on progress.
• Present creative concepts and content plans in client status meetings and quarterly reviews.
• Manage timelines, approvals and budgets for the social creative scope of work.
• Ensure all creative output is delivered to brand guidelines and a consistently high standard.

Team & Process

• Coordinate with the wider Zeekr account team to ensure social creative aligns with the broader retail marketing strategy.
• Support and guide junior team members or freelancers supporting the social creative workstream.
• Maintain clear trackers, briefs and approval documentation across all 8 markets.

Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience in a social media account management or creative production role, ideally agency-side.
• Strong working knowledge of major social platforms and their creative/content formats.
• Experience managing multi-market social content or campaigns is highly desirable.
• A keen eye for creative quality and brand consistency across channels and markets.
• Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple content workstreams and deadlines.
• Strong client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Interest in automotive, retail or lifestyle brands is a plus.
