Working as part of the Campaign Production Hub, you will support the delivery of cross-channel campaigns from approved creative concepts through to final output. You will assist with project co-ordination, administration, trafficking, and reporting to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and on time. 

You will work closely with the Client Services team, Creative Studio, and Production to help manage briefs, track progress, and keep all systems and documentation up to date. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and keen to build a career in campaign production.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Support & Coordination

• Support the Campaign Production team in delivering projects from briefing through to completion
• Assist in translating client briefs into clear internal documentation for Creative Studio teams, and working with teams internally on briefs and resource management
• Help co-ordinate tasks across teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery
• Maintain accurate project timelines and flag any changes or risks to senior team members
• Chair weekly resource meetings with internal studio to plan upcoming resource for pipeline jobs

Trafficking & Workflow Management

• Traffic briefs, assets, and deliverables between Client Services, Creative, and Production teams
• Ensure all work is correctly routed, prioritised, and scheduled within internal workflows
• Manage job setup and updates within systems (including Storyteq, and Monday)
• Track asset delivery and ensure correct formats are produced for each channel

Reporting & Tracking

• Maintain project trackers and status reports across all live campaigns
• Set up and Run weekly/monthly reporting on project progress, delivery status, and performance metrics
• Help monitor workload and resource allocation across the team
• Ensure all data is accurate and up to date for internal and client reporting 

Administrative Support

• Maintain organised project documentation, including briefs, feedback, and approvals
• Ensure systems (including Storyteq) are kept fully up to date at all times
• Support finance processes such as PO tracking and invoicing administration in collaboration with the CS team
• Assist with meeting scheduling, note-taking, and follow-ups where required

Quality Assurance Support

• Conduct initial checks on creative outputs for accuracy, completeness, and alignment to brief
• Ensure correct file naming, formats, and version control across deliverables
• Escalate any inconsistencies or issues to senior team members

Collaboration & Communication

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment on project progress
• Build positive working relationships with key stakeholders across the business
• Support communication of updates, timelines, and actions within the team
• Escalate risks or delays early to Production or Project Managers

Requirements

• Some experience in a production, project coordination, or administrative role (agency experience beneficial but not essential)
• Understanding of creative and production processes is advantageous
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
