• Direct supervision of site works with the ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• On-site management of sub-contractors.
• Communicate plans and ensure the timeline is met.
• Conduct site evaluation of the project installation, and report status and issues to respective project manager/engineer.
• Daily progress monitoring and make sure daily work activities are recorded.
• Check and verify installation matches design drawings and raise non-conformances.
• Conduct pre-commissioning checks.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health and Environment policies and procedures.
• Make certain all safety requirements are always adhered to at the worksite.
• Oversee the project from beginning to the end as per assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical/Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 1 PV solar farm (Large Scale) project full cycle completion from Project Initiation, Execution, Close-up or 2 years experience in PV Large Scale Solar Farm construction will be an advantage.
• Experience in delivering TNB Substation work shall be considered
• Fair knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and documentation.
• Project site-based.
• Responsible for technical and engineering aspects, sense of Quality, and Safety requirements in the industries.
