What You'll Do
- Schedule Field Service Engineer visits and coordinate service requests
- Monitor service activities and follow up on open issues
- Support customers and help drive timely resolution of service-related inquiries
- Work with different teams to resolve escalations and improve customer experience
- Maintain reports and track key service metrics
- Support initiatives that improve service quality and operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, administration, service coordination, operations, logistics, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Good Excel skills (Power BI is a plus)
- Fluent English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Resilient, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset
