We are looking for a proactive and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Packing Sports Corporation in the Philippines, part of IMPECT and the wider Catapult group.
Reporting to the local Director, People and Culture, this role will lead end-to-end recruitment for Philippine roles, covering volume and leadership hiring, employer branding, market insights, and talent development.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead PSC’s integration with Catapult by building practical and scalable recruitment and talent processes from the ground up, aligning local practices with broader global standards, and providing recruitment reports and hiring insights.
- Own end-to-end recruitment for Packing Sports Corporation (PSC) roles across the Philippines, covering high-volume operational, specialist, managerial, and leadership positions while ensuring an efficient, inclusive, and values-aligned experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and role requirements, establish recruitment strategies and timelines, assess candidates, and support informed hiring decisions.
- Attract and engage talent through job advertisements, direct sourcing, referrals, social media, professional networks, school partnerships, job fairs, and community activities, including occasional travel to support hiring across PSC sites.
- Support the Director, People & Culture with onboarding,, career planning, succession planning, internal mobility, and other talent initiatives aligned with business priorities.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience in lieu of formal education.
- At least five years of full-cycle recruitment and direct sourcing experience, ideally within a high-growth technology or SaaS company, covering high-volume operational and specialist, managerial roles.
- Strong stakeholder management, interviewing, assessment, and communication skills, with the confidence to advise and constructively challenge hiring managers while managing competing priorities.
- Experience building talent pipelines through school partnerships, job fairs, community activities, referrals, and professional networks, as well as creating job advertisements and recruitment-focused social media content.
- Comfortable using applicant tracking systems, job platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to translate recruitment data and market trends into practical recommendations; exposure to talent development is preferred, and willingness to travel within the Philippines is required.
WHAT YOUR SUCCESS WILL LOOK LIKE
- In 6 months’ time: You will have built trusted relationships with hiring managers, established consistent recruitment processes and reporting, delivered key hiring priorities, and developed active talent pipelines across PSC sites.
- In 12 months’ time: You will have embedded a scalable recruitment approach aligned with Catapult, improved hiring outcomes through data-driven insights, strengthened external talent partnerships and employer branding, and established sustainable pipelines for recurring and business-critical roles.
