Job requirements
Experience Range: With at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Pega application development, including up to 8 years in Java backend and microservices environments. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Pega modules, managing user stories and technical tasks to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.Architect and develop scalable Pega application interfaces and integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity with external systems.Enforce best practices in Pega architecture, design, and coding standards to maintain consistency and technical excellence.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Pega applications, optimizing performance and reliability.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for Pega solutions.Drive testing and quality assurance activities, validating that solutions meet business and technical requirements.Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to team members.Apply advanced object-oriented analysis and system integration skills to support business process modeling and flow charting.Required Skills:
Pega PRPC version 8+ platform expertisePega Case Management, File Listener, Job Scheduler, Activities, Data Transforms, Flows, and UI RulesDatabase management and integration skills with PL-SQLExperience in full PRPC implementation cycle including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets designExperience with Pega interfaces and connectors (SOAP, REST, MQ, File Listeners)Pega security configuration and external authentication mechanismsPreferred Skills:
Experience with REST Services integrationHealthcare domain expertiseFamiliarity with JavaScript for front-end enhancementsAdvanced Pega security and PRPC Security configurationBusiness process modeling or flow chartingDesired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related disciplinePega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA), valid for at least 4 yearsCertification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master) preferred
