About the role

Join the global ContiTech Imp@CT SAP transformation program delivered with DXC Technology. As a functional SAP rollout consultant, you will deploy a global template to regional locations, lead Fit-to-Template activities, support data preparation and migration, execute testing, work with local key users, and assist with cutover and Hypercare. The assignment requires strong functional expertise, effective stakeholder communication, and the confidence to protect the global template while addressing justified local business needs. Rollouts typically last 6 to 12 months, with travel currently expected to be up to 40%. 

Daily challenges

• Driving template adoption – Challenge local business requirements and align users to the global SAP template rather than custom solutions.

• Learning new sites quickly – Rapidly understand each plant's products, organization, processes, data and interfaces before Fit-to-Template workshops.

• Managing data quality and migration – Support data cleansing, mapping, validation and migration activities while ensuring high data accuracy.

• Resolving cross-functional integration issues – Coordinate solutions across multiple SAP streams and interfaces to ensure end-to-end process continuity.

• Supporting intensive testing cycles – Execute functional testing and help key users identify, document and resolve defects during SIT and UAT

• Ensuring successful cutover and go-live – Support migration validation, issue resolution and Hypercare activities during critical deployment periods.

• Coordinating global stakeholders – Work daily with rollout teams, key users, core team experts and offshore resources across multiple countries and time zones.

eXperience and skills required

• At least 5 years of SAP project experience with in-depth knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution module (Org. structure, Master data, order to cash processes, special processes such as Intercompany, drop shipment, third party, returns, credit management)

• Very good process understanding for internal business processes in the areas of sales and integration to other core SAP modules especially SAP TM is must.

• Strong knowledge of IDOCs for orders, ASNs, dispatches, delivery forecast, invoice

• Experience in at least 2 SAP E2E implementations over the entire life cycle.

• Experience at least 2 SAP S/4HANA rollouts with experience in conducting Fit to template / explore phases.

• Providing sound solutions in the S/4HANA environment based on the customer’s specific business requirements.

• Experience with data migration concepts using standard SAP toolsets for Controlling Master data and transaction objects.

• Good communication and assertiveness as the consultant will play the role of ‘Template Defender’.

• Willingness to travel (Min 50%. 10-12 weeks of travel over 6-9months of rollout duration)
• German will be considered as an advantage

We offer salary from EUR 3000 – 4500 gross per month. Salary can be higher depending on experience and skillset.
