Main Duties
Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of corporate accounts by strengthening client relationships, retaining volume and revenue, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Monitor account performance, shipment volume, SLAs, KPIs, and revenue, proactively addressing risks and developing action plans to drive account growth.
Lead client business reviews and serve as a key point of contact, confidently presenting performance updates and addressing business concerns.
Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve client concerns, claims, disputes, and payment-related issues.
Support the Relationship Manager through account reporting, onboarding activities, internal alignment, and mentoring of junior Relationship Executives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Account Management, Relationship Management, Stakeholder Management, or Client Coordination.
Experience managing corporate, enterprise, or mid-to-large accounts is preferred.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Confident in presenting business performance and addressing client concerns.
Experience in logistics or e-commerce is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data and reports.
Strong ownership, customer orientation, and leadership potential.
Willing to attend client meetings/visits and work extended hours when necessary.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
