How You’ll Make an Impact:

•    Lead and manage onboarding projects from initiation to delivery, including onboarding new clients and managing client sessions.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations with clarity and diplomacy.
•    Create and maintain project infrastructure, including setting up JIRA projects and following up on key initiatives.
•    Maintain strong organizational oversight across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies are tracked and met.
•    Stay composed under pressure, effectively managing tight deadlines and high-stress situations.
•    Communicate proactively and transparently, keeping all parties informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
•    Drive operational excellence by identifying bottlenecks, improving workflows, and effectively managing day-to-day workload.

Who You Are:

•    Experience in the gambling industry, with a good understanding of the specific environment, processes, and client needs.
•    2-3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced organization managing multiple projects, clients, and priorities.
•    A self-learner who can quickly understand new products, processes, and tools and independently find solutions when needed.
•    Hands-on experience with JIRA, including creating and managing projects, tracking initiatives, and following up on tasks and deliverables.
•    Strong soft skills, with clear and structured communication, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
