Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Professional Service Consultant to partner with mortgage lenders on business transformation, system implementation, and process optimization initiatives. This role works directly with clients to understand business objectives, analyze operational processes, and design solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and user adoption.

The ideal candidate is an independent thinker, self-starter, and collaborative team player who can translate complex business requirements into practical solutions and deliver successful client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consulting & Solution Design

• Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals, workflows, and business requirements.
• Analyze current-state processes and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional system and operational designs.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and executive stakeholders.

Implementation & Delivery

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Document requirements, process flows, gap analyses, and solution recommendations.
• Support configuration validation, testing, training, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
• Partner with clients to drive organizational readiness and user adoption.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Management, Professional Services, Client Success, Training, and Technical teams.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Share best practices and mentor team members where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage banking, financial services, consulting, business analysis, or software implementation.
• Strong understanding of mortgage origination, lending operations, or loan lifecycle processes.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with loan origination systems (LOS), including Empower or similar mortgage platforms.
• Experience leading system implementation or business transformation projects.
• Knowledge of mortgage compliance, investor requirements, and operational workflows.
• PMP, CBAP, Lean, Six Sigma, or related certifications.

Exempt

Salary Range:

The estimated base salary range for this role is USD$117,000.00 - USD$143,000.00 per year. We include salary ranges in job postings only where required by applicable pay transparency laws, based on the jurisdictions in which the role may be performed. The posted range is a good faith estimate and reflects factors that are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary based on job-related factors, including work location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant considerations.

This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.

The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees , sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays and 2 personal holidays per year.
