À propos de ce poste Senior Product Manager, Software Delivery chez CoMind
Company Overview
At CoMind, we are developing a non-invasive neuromonitoring technology that will result in a new era of clinical brain monitoring. In joining us, you will be helping to create cutting-edge technologies that will improve how we diagnose and treat brain disorders, ultimately improving and saving the lives of patients across the world.
The Role
As Senior Product Manager, Software Delivery, you will sit at the handoff point between ideas and engineering — taking a raw idea or ask and shaping it into a well-formed request the software team can build against. You own the what: defining the problem, scope, and acceptance criteria behind every request. Working alongside the Project Manager, who runs sprints and day-to-day delivery mechanics, you'll advocate for how requests should be sequenced and when they should land, making sure priority calls reflect the needs behind the work rather than just what's next in the queue.
At CoMind, all team members work at least 4 days per week from our new Kings Cross offices, plus a flexible work-from-home day.
Responsibilities:
Turn ideas into formal requests: work with the Product Lead and other stakeholders to take a defined ask and translate it into a clear, engineering-ready ticket — problem statement, scope, acceptance criteria, and any relevant regulatory or clinical context — before it enters the backlog.
Own and prioritise the software ticket pipeline in Jira: intake, triage, and grooming, so the backlog reflects real, current priority rather than the order things happened to arrive in.
Own the idea-to-documentation handoff with the software team — making sure every piece of work that reaches engineering has the context, requirements, and supporting documentation it needs in Confluence, and that decisions made along the way are captured rather than lost in Slack.
Advocate for how and when work should happen: partner with the Project Manager, who owns sprint planning and delivery mechanics, to make sure sequencing and timing reflect genuine priority rather than convenience.
Keep the software pipeline's information in the right place — Jira for delivery, Confluence for documentation — rather than in slide decks or side channels, and help extend that operating model as the team grows.
Skills & Experience:
Experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Product Owner working directly with a software engineering team, ideally in a regulated or safety-conscious environment.
Comfort writing requirements and acceptance criteria precise enough for engineers to build against without repeated back-and-forth.
A natural translator: equally comfortable in a conversation with a non-technical stakeholder describing a problem and in a ticket-grooming session with engineers debating implementation trade-offs.
Comfortable in an early-stage environment where requests arrive informally and priorities shift, and where part of the job is imposing structure rather than just following it.
Drawn to the operational side of product management — energised by getting the machinery of idea-to-delivery running smoothly, not just by defining the vision.
Nice to have: experience in medical devices or another regulated hardware/software environment, with exposure to documentation practices under ISO 13485 or IEC 62304.
Nice to have: prior experience setting up or overhauling a ticket intake and triage process from scratch, rather than inheriting one.
Nice to have: some exposure to embedded or real-time software, enough to sanity-check scope and complexity when shaping requests.
Benefits:
Company equity plan so all employees share in the success of the company
Salary-sacrifice pension scheme
Private medical, dental and vision insurance (medical history disregarded)
Group life insurance at 4x annual income
Comprehensive mental health support, including unlimited access to 1:1 sessions with trained professionals
