Last Energy · Sur site · Austin, TX
Last Energy seeks a full-time Senior Product Manager to own the vision, roadmap, and execution of a unified engineering tools platform. The result will be a single, high-performing platform that reflects the sophistication of our engineering work and becomes the foundation engineers depend on every day. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who understands how software systems & tools connect, has a strong eye for user experience, and thrives at the intersection of engineering and product.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for a unified engineering tools platform spanning multiple tool and product lines

- Work across multidisciplinary teams to gather requirements and translate technical needs into clear product specifications
- Audit existing prototyped tools and define how they should integrate — data flows, APIs, shared standards, and a common interface
- Identify performance bottlenecks and set performance and reliability standards as tools scale across the organization
- Manage timelines, priorities, and dependencies with strong project management discipline, including roadmapping, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication
- Set guidelines for how engineers build and contribute new tools to the platform, including standards for AI-assisted development
- Other duties as assigned
