About the role

This time we’re building something new!

We’re building an entirely new DevOps team to support one of our major global customers – a mature, tech‑forward enterprise operating with cutting‑edge data center and security technologies.

We are looking for Network Security Engineers | Mid-Senior who want to grow, innovate, and be part of a brand‑new team from day one.

Daily challenges:

• Leading advanced troubleshooting activities in collaboration with vendors and third‑party support teams;
• Planning and implementing standard or emergency changes within your technology scope;
• Proactively identifying and addressing service quality issues;
• Participating in project delivery and the full Problem Management lifecycle;
• Staying current with customer environments, business needs, support processes, and emerging technologies;
• Taking part in on‑call duties as part of a rotating schedule.

eXperience and skills required:

• 3+ years (Mid) / 5+ years (Senior) of experience in IT, ideally in Network Security support
• Firewall solutions (Checkpoint, Cisco, Fortinet)
• Hands‑on experience with:

- Load Balancers (F5 or similar)

- Proxy (Skyhigh - McAfee)

- Cisco ISE

• Solid understanding of security threats and mitigation practices
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience working in DevOps-oriented environments
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or similar field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong autonomy, analytical mindset, and problem‑solving ability
• Fluent English skills
