About the Role
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing team and drive sales growth across Asia Pacific. You'll work closely with regional sales teams and leadership to build a marketing strategy spanning both online and offline tactics to generate pipeline and revenue across the region. You'll partner with a wide range of cross-functional teams and take ownership of executing and managing all marketing activity in APAC.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute field marketing programs that generate pipeline for the APAC sales team
- Partner with key internal stakeholders to build and implement a go-to-market strategy combining online and offline tactics
- Lead the strategy and execution of custom virtual and in-person events
- Report on marketing activity and the ROI it drives
- Build deep expertise in the region and industry — regulations, key players, and areas of opportunity
- Translate sales priorities into effective marketing programs
- Become the go-to marketing partner for the Sales and Account Management teams
- Build relationships with customers and partners to surface new opportunities that benefit both sides
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, Fintech, or Cyber Security, with solid understanding of channel and funnel marketing tactics
- Proven experience running marketing programs end-to-end across a region
- Agile, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment that demands multitasking, transparency, and sharp prioritization
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Ads, plus email marketing platforms
- Campaign management experience: budget ownership and the ability to define, build, optimize, and refine channel campaigns end-to-end (strategy, offers, design, messaging, segmentation, and creative)
- Background in crypto / blockchain is preferred
- Fluency in a regional language in addition to English
