As the APAC Regional Marketing Lead, Microsoft, you will own and elevate the strategic marketing relationship between Ingram Micro and Microsoft across the Asia Pacific region. You will work closely with regional and global stakeholders, sales leaders, vendor business managers, and local market development teams to create data-driven marketing strategies that accelerate growth, strengthen customer engagement, and increase Microsoft's share of wallet across the region.
 

You will serve as a trusted advisor and connector between global priorities and local market opportunities, ensuring regional marketing investments, campaigns, and initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.
 

What You'll Do

• Lead the APAC marketing partnership with Microsoft, developing and executing strategic regional marketing plans aligned to shared business objectives.
• Collaborate with global, regional, and country stakeholders to drive integrated marketing programs and campaigns across APAC.
• Use market intelligence, business insights, and performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing investments.
• Partner with sales teams and vendor business managers to support pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue objectives.
• Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure programs deliver measurable ROI and KPI achievement.
• Champion Agency Ingram Micro's portfolio of marketing services, solutions, and capabilities to drive customer and partner success.
• Act as the key liaison between global strategy and local execution, ensuring consistency while addressing regional market needs.
• Build strong internal and external relationships that enable collaboration, innovation, and business growth.
   

What Will Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing, vendor management, sales, technology, distribution, or a related industry environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft solutions, cloud technologies, AI, security, data, or the broader technology ecosystem is highly valued.
• Strong ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align business priorities with measurable outcomes.
• Proven analytical and business acumen, with the ability to use data to influence decisions and demonstrate marketing effectiveness.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing budgets, multiple priorities, and cross-functional regional initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft certifications, or a willingness to pursue certification in areas such as GitHub Copilot, Azure AI, Microsoft Security, Identity, or Fabric Analytics, are preferred.
