Senior Manager, Technical Delivery Platforms

The Role

Join Aurecon as our Senior Manager, Technical Delivery Platforms and lead the technology that enables our engineers, designers and consultants to deliver exceptional work for our clients.

Sitting within our IT Technical Platforms team, you’ll lead the Technical Delivery squad and oversee a portfolio of critical engineering and design technologies, working with leading providers including Autodesk, Bentley, Esri, Revizto and Bluebeam.

What will you do?

·       Shape the strategy and roadmap for Aurecon’s engineering and design technology platforms.

·       Lead, develop and empower the Technical Delivery squad.

·       Oversee platform performance, development, upgrades and continuous improvement.

·       Build strong partnerships across IT, engineering and design.

·       Lead strategic vendor relationships, software renewals and commercial discussions.

·       Partner with Commercial and Finance to optimise technology investment and licensing.

·       Identify opportunities to simplify and improve how technology supports project delivery.

What are we looking for?

You’re an experienced technology leader who can confidently operate across people, technology and business. You’ll bring:

·       Senior leadership experience across technology platforms, digital products or IT services.

·       Experience supporting an engineering, design, AEC or similarly complex technical environment.

·       Strong people leadership and team development capability.

·       Commercial experience across technology investment, licensing and vendor management.

·       Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

·       The ability to translate strategy into practical outcomes.

·       Experience with Autodesk, Bentley, Esri, Revizto, Bluebeam or similar platforms would be highly regarded.
