About the role
This position is a Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner. This position develops and implements a variety of HR programs, address complex HR inquiries, and monitors market trends to address HR development needs. Manages the development of human resources documents and advises on Talent Management and Labor and Employee Relations issues.
Key Responsibilities
- People Partnering: Serve as a trusted HR partner for engineers across the U.S., providing daily support and guidance on HR-related matters, including career development, performance management, conflict resolution, and general employee relations.
- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Monitor and assess employee feedback and collaborate with leadership to implement solutions to improve overall team morale and productivity.
- Talent Management & Development: Partner with leadership, HRBPs and the talent partner to ensure effective onboarding, career development, performance reviews, and training. Support the identification of high-potential talent and help design programs that foster growth and development.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Collaborate with the recruitment team to help attract top engineering talent, support interview processes, and ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- HR Processes Execution: Support key HR processes including employee lifecycle management, compensation reviews, promotions, and internal mobility. Ensure consistency and alignment with company policies and values.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, helping to address and resolve workplace issues, providing coaching, and facilitating effective communication across teams.
- Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with federal, state, and local laws. Support compliance initiatives and ensure employees are informed and up to date on company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant experience in an HR Business Partner role
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience supporting Engineering and Technology client groups
- Experience supporting global or multi‑region organizations
- Strong analytical capability and comfort using data to influence leader decisions
- Strong background in employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex, matrixed organization
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.Other Compensation
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.Benefits
