About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Portfolio Manager. 

This position will be in the Infrastructure Strategy & Execution (ISE) organization and will report to a Technology Director.   You will be part of a small team that manages the overall infrastructure budget and investment process.   You will partner closely with infrastructure and finance leadership to ensure timely approval of investments and renewal of vendor contracts.

In this role, you will:

• Lead complex and unique initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
• Work on a small team and partner with infrastructure and finance leaders to manage investments and renewals for SoWs and SW/HW vendors
• Lead the creation of business cases for investment planning and present to leaders on current spend and run rates
• Manage and ensure accurate labor forecasts vs actual for infrastructure
• Act as an advisory to senior leadership, with strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
• Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
• Make decisions regularly for highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
• Provide guidance and mentorship to individuals at all levels and provide advice to senior leadership on highly complex and strategic issues
• Ensure communication and information flow between business, finance, and technology teams

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 4+ years of Technical Portfolio Management
• 4+ years if Investment and budget management ex
• 4+ years working within an infrastructure environment
• 4+ experience forecasting and managing labor capacity vs actuals across a large organization

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years of working in Jira
• Knowledge of Infrastructure capabilities, services, and vendors
• Investment / Budget planning experience related to Statements of Work, Hardware, and Software
• Experience creating executive ready presentations for and presenting to senior leadership
