À propos de ce poste Senior Integrated Marketing Manager chez Relay
Relay is a digital banking platform that gives self-made business owners the tools and know-how to be great with money—bringing clarity, confidence, and control to every dollar earned, so they can turn hard work into lasting success. We do this by replacing financial guesswork with real visibility, transforming cash flow from a constant source of stress into a clear signal owners can use to run stronger, more resilient businesses.
We're looking for a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to sit on Relay's Brand team and own integrated campaigns across our marketing org. Today, Brand, Demand Gen, Lifecycle, Product Marketing, and Influencer each run strong work. Your job is to make that work add up to a coherent set of campaigns, sequenced across the year, that a small business owner experiences as one story told well rather than five teams talking at once.We have the scaffolding for you to succeed—with strong working relationships and processes that span Asana, Notion, and Jira. You aren’t building from zero but working with a high performing team to make us great at shipping impactful campaigns at a regular cadence.
What You'll Be Doing
Own Relay's integrated campaign calendar end-to-end—setting the strategy for how brand moments, product launches, seasonal pushes, and always-on programs sequence across the year, and working with the Creative Director and Director of Brand Strategy to tie that architecture back to Relay's brand platform and company goals.
Write the campaign briefs everyone else builds from—audience, insight, message hierarchy, the specific role each channel plays, and the targets the campaign is accountable for—giving partner teams a source of truth while they execute in their own channels.
Run the operating cadence that keeps a campaign on the rails across marketing—kickoffs, checkpoints, launch readiness, and honest retros—escalating early and specifically when something is at risk.
Own integrated campaign measurement: define what a campaign is accountable for as a whole rather than as a sum of channel dashboards, work with Data and RevOps to make sure the tracking exists before launch, and present results the marketing team and the wider company can act on.
Raise the bar on how Relay markets—turning post-campaign learnings into a repeatable planning system, building the templates and rituals that let campaign work scale as the team grows, and embedding AI into how briefing, asset development, and reporting get done.
Partner with the Creative Director and in-house Creative Studio team to turn milestone brand campaigns into integrated work that attracts new audiences throughout the funnel; You’ll work closely with the creative producer to bridge the gap between brand studio output and full funnel impact.
Who You Are
You have 7+ years in integrated, campaign, or brand marketing roles, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
You are a pro-level user of Asana.
You've led major cross-functional campaigns without direct authority over the people executing them—you can walk us through one, tell us exactly who owned what, and describe a moment where two teams wanted different things and how you resolved it.
You bring real storytelling and creative concepting instincts. You've written briefs that unlocked work you're proud of, and you can point to a campaign and articulate why the idea landed.
You have working fluency in the mechanics of channels you don't own—paid, lifecycle, organic, product marketing, creator—deep enough to be a genuine thought partner and to pressure test a plan.
You can define what an integrated campaign should be held to and then prove it. You can walk us through a measurement framework you built and a readout you delivered that actually changed what the team did next.
You've owned campaign budgets, modeled them against objectives, and made real tradeoff decisions under constraint.
You're an organized and detail-oriented operator who is trusted with high-stakes internal and external relationships, and you're AI-fluent in how you plan, brief, produce, and analyze.
Your ideas are grounded in customer understanding. You're genuinely curious about how small business owners think about money, and you let that shape the work rather than decorating it afterward.
Bonus Points
You have experience in a regulated industry (fintech, healthcare, legal) and know how to move fast inside compliance constraints
You've built campaign operations from close to nothing—no calendar, no brief template, no shared definition of done—and can describe what you put in place and what you'd do differently
You have experience marketing to small business owners, creators, or entrepreneurs

Why Relay Might Be the Perfect Fit For You
You push relentlessly for reinvention: You're always asking "how can this be better?" -- in your work, in your craft, in yourself. Comfort is a signal to push harder, not coast. You'd rather build something better than defend something familiar.
You crave autonomy: We trust our team with big challenges and the freedom to solve them. If you’re someone who takes initiative, is comfortable taking risks, and seeks input when needed, you’ll find the freedom here empowering.
You own your work: You take pride in your work, follow through on commitments, and feel a deep sense of responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
You build with AI, not just use it: You're actively embedding AI into how you work, pushing what's possible, and bringing your team along with you.
You care about impact, not noise: You care deeply about the substance of your work. You measure success by results, not recognition, and you let your work speak for itself.
You’re energized by complexity and ambiguity: You enjoy tackling problems that don’t come with a playbook. You’re comfortable building from scratch, iterating as you go, and collaborating to shape the best path forward.
You seek out feedback: You see directness as respect, not criticism. You actively seek input, sit with hard truths, and use feedback as fuel for improvement.
Small businesses are why we're here: Relay exists to help them thrive -- and that mission has to resonate with you.
