À propos de ce poste Senior Government Affairs Manager chez ZEISS
1、As part of China CBC team and within CBC Government Affairs strategy and messaging, this position is required to lead and coordinate local policy and initiatives of the company HQ in Shanghai and across the Yangtze River Delta region
2、Develop strategic relations with key stakeholders in Shanghai and across the Yangtze River Delta region including all levels of government, associations, think tanks etc. and proactively communicate company’s position and expertise to local stakeholders
3、Engage in day-to-day communications about ZEISS Campus project and provide GA support including but not limited to communications with related government authorities, policy interpretation, government incentives and support
4、Monitor and analyze key policies issued by Shanghai government and Pudong government, identify opportunities and challenges and advise to business
5、Provide support to ZEISS Suzhou factory, including maintaining relationships with the Suzhou Industrial Park and Suzhou municipal departments to support factory’s operations
6、Work closely with central Government Affairs to generate synergy and consistency in corporate government affairs strategy
Education
Master’s degree or above, overseas study and work experience preferred
Experience
1、Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in medical industry or consultancy related field preferred
2、Experience of MNCs with strong experience in the medical device sector and local government affairs, prior experience in serving multi-industrial sectors is a valuable plus
3、Ability to quickly adapt to the corporate setting and understand business needs combined with ability to effectively engage with government
4、Strong analytical, interpersonal and influential skills
5、Strong written and oral communication skills, both in Chinese (native level) and English. Fluency in German would be a plus
6、Good at problem solving and innovation with critical thinking methodology.
7、Self-organized with an entrepreneurial spirit
8、Ability to collaborate and work effectively within cross Bus
