In addition, the engineer should lead and motivate team members to enhance their performance and skill levels. They must also manage maintenance documentation effectively and ensure the smooth operation of the overall maintenance function.
- Ability to write new programs and trouble shooting in PLCs like Omron, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi
- Should be able to ensure safe operation of Machineries.
- Ensure working condition of all Material Handling system like (Hoist, Crane, Stacker, Forklift).
- Ensure operation and maintenance of Compressor and Dryers.
- Should be able work on continuous improvement activities.
- Should have Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge on new machine Installation and Commissioning.
- Ability to lead, guides, train and motivate team of young work force.
- Should have flair for employee relations-should be able to work closely with his team, sensing their pulse and leading, motivating and challenging them to achieve higher targets.
- Should be competent in ISO 50001:2011 requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving an energy management system and follow a systematic approach in achieving continual improvement of energy performance, including energy efficiency, energy use and consumption
