• Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the budgets of related department
• Drives the development of the business plan within market; formulate strategy, policies and procedures to guide business goals and objectives
• Interfaces with high level customers, is in the escalation path for major commercial issues
• Effective plant management team with effective teamwork between departments
• Foster and develop a working environment which encourages cooperation and exchange of know-how and ideas within the organization, and with global functions
• Complete other temporary cross-functional works as required by company.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor

• Safety:

• Ensure the implementation of all company policies and regulations including position relevant responsibilities in the Safety Responsibility System and Energy Management Requirements of the company within department, which includes but not limited to the use of equipment, protective devices, or clothing that the employer requires. This individual will work in manners that stress the importance of preventing accidents and illnesses. He/she must take every precaution reasonable in the given circumstance for the protection of themselves and coworkers. In addition, he/she is responsible for reporting all injuries and/or possible dangerous situations, incidents, or occurrences to the immediate supervisor.
