About the role 

As our Senior Design Coordinator, you'll help enable great product design by creating the structure, processes, and visibility that allow creative teams to thrive. 

You'll work closely with Design and Leadership teams across franchises, coordinating project deliverables, supporting planning activities, and ensuring that information, insights, and assets are available when they're needed. Your work will help designers and creative leaders focus on developing products and play experiences while you create clarity behind the scenes. 

Required Qualifications 

• Coordinated project information, assets, and documentation using digital collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, or similar tools 

• Coordinated project planning, timelines, resources, or operational activities within a design, creative, or product development environment 

• Created reports, insights summaries, or documentation that supported decision-making and project execution 

• Facilitated workshops, reviews, testing activities, or stakeholder meetings and documented outcomes 

• Collaborated across multiple functions to deliver projects and maintain alignment between teams 

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

• High attention to detail and a structured, proactive and agile approach to work

Preferred Qualifications 

• Worked with consumer research, play testing, or user feedback programmes 

• Consolidated and transformed complex information into into actionable insights.

• Improved operational processes, documentation standards, or team workflows 

• Supported creative, design, or innovation teams through product development activities 

• Experience working with intellectual property approval processes.

What you'll build 

• Maintain clear and accessible product information across project repositories and collaboration platforms 

• Organise and support play tests

• Consolidate consumer insights and communicate findings in a clear and useful format 

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and ways of working 

• Contributing to a strong network of Design Coordinators that continuously improves capabilities, tools, and best practices across LEGO Design

You'll join the LEGO Group's Design organisation, a large international community of creatives working together to deliver products that inspire children through play. You enable designers and creative leaders to spend more time designing and less time navigating processes. You anticipate needs, create clarity in complex environments, and ensure that information, insights, assets, and activities are coordinated efficiently.

You are recognized as a trusted partner who takes ownership, drives progress, improves ways of working, and helps teams collaborate effectively. Through your work, design teams become more focused, informed, and efficient, ultimately supporting stronger products and play experiences for consumers.
