About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior ASO & ASA Manager to help us build and scale world-class mobile experiences.
As part of the Platform Team, you will be responsible for increasing organic visibility, store conversion rate (CVR), and download performance across all apps in AppNation's portfolio on the App Store and Google Play. Working closely with the Marketing team, Product, Creative Team, Data, you will contribute to portfolio growth and CPI optimization, and provide ASO/ASA consulting to different product teams.
What You’ll Do
Run end-to-end ASO strategies across all apps in the portfolio; actively execute and track ASO/ASA initiatives for apps prioritized within each defined time period.
Conduct keyword research, identify ranking opportunities, and keep metadata fields such as title, subtitle, and short/long description up to date and optimized.
Perform quarterly audits of the Google Play and App Store pages for all apps and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct keyword research during new app launches to analyze search volume, competition level, and growth opportunities.
Design Custom Product Pages and A/B tests based on defined hypotheses and provide optimization recommendations based on the results.
Set up Brand, Generic, Competitor, and Discovery ASA campaigns; manage budget and bid optimization.
Identify search terms that deliver high LTV and ROAS; keep negative keyword lists and keyword pools up to date.
Coordinate ASA spend with other paid channels such as Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok in collaboration with the Marketing team.
Track store algorithm updates, competitor moves, and market trends, and quickly apply the necessary actions across the portfolio; keep the UA team proactively and regularly informed about these developments.
Analyze ROAS, LTV, Retention, CTR, TTR, CVR, and subscription metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to turn data into actionable growth strategies; share insights with Product Managers, UA and Data teams to inform product and creative decisions.
What We’re Looking For
At least +5 years of experience in mobile Apple Search Ads and ASO
Experience managing end-to-end ASO for both the App Store and Google Play
Proficiency in ASO tools such as AppTweak, MobileAction or similar tools
Strong command of Apple Search Ads, AppsFlyer, Adapty, App Store Connect and Google Play Console
Strong analytical thinking and a hypothesis-driven approach
Ability to work in parallel with multiple products and teams
Good command of English
ASO/ASA experience with subscription-based apps
Experience managing a multi-app portfolio
Familiarity with other UA channels such as Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok
