This is an exciting opportunity for you to become part of a team responsible for ensuring our cloud services are managed to the needs of our rapidly changing business. The work will be fast-paced, challenging, and often across new or emerging cloud technologies. YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
5+ years' hands-on experience designing, deploying and supporting large-scale AWS environments.
Strong expertise across AWS services including EC2, VPC, Lambda, Route 53, CloudFront, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail and CloudFormation.
Strong understanding of networking, security, high availability, disaster recovery and multi-region cloud architectures.
Experience with Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS), middleware technologies (WebSphere, MQ) and database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, RDS).
Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code, automation and CI/CD using tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Git and related DevOps technologies.
Experience migrating workloads from on-premises environments to AWS.
Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability tools including Splunk, ELK and Geneos.
Familiarity with scripting/programming languages such as Python, Java and JavaScript.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments and supporting mission-critical systems.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills.
ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
