Where You'll Make a Difference
Ensure accurate and timely filing of Intrastat, ESL, and VAT compliance activities across EMEA.
Drive financial accuracy through Tax GL reconciliations and issue resolution.
Support statutory compliance and strengthen internal controls in line with SOX requirements.
Partner with Finance, Tax, AP, AR, and VAT teams to improve tax reporting and compliance processes.
Deliver actionable tax insights through reporting, dashboards, and analysis.
What Makes You the Right Fit
3-5 years of experience in EMEA Tax Compliance.
Strong expertise in Intrastat, ESL, and European VAT regulations.
Hands-on experience with Tax GL reconciliations, BlackLine, and SAP FI.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, controls, and compliance frameworks.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
How Would You Stand Out?
Proven experience managing tax compliance across multiple European countries.
Advanced knowledge of VAT reporting, reconciliations, and audit support.
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and automate manual activities.
Experience working in a global shared services or multinational environment.
Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.

The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredient business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners.
