Major tasks and responsibilities of position:
1. Responsible for the new prodcut development of key business segment (Extrusion grades, HTBP relevant grades) in APAC, which TPU Global team had positioned it as a key driving business for business growth.

2. As key contributor to the Trial Master File and study documents at the country level, ensures essential documents are appropriate and filed in a timely manner in the Investigator Site File referring to Core 46.

3. Assists Head of TPU AD Center for tracking enrollment Innovation activities to ensure the progress remains on track with TPU APAC commitments. Leads chemical lab member for new prodcut development.

4. Capable of managing multiple tasks, working effectively and interfacing directly with customers if needed, and providing timelt results to assure to quality of products shipped to customers (e.g China, India or Japan customers).

5. Assists Innovation members of APAC team to build up the knowledge and knowhow in specific extrusion filed majorly (e.g, Aliphatic TPU film market), and defines technical standards to enable best practices in all technical areas in collaboration with INN technical lab aligning to technical paramters in customers side.

6. Support pilot line development in compounding and assist in arrangement of new production line for scale up.

7. Bridge up the net-work of application/technical supporting acting as technical hub of APAC, and assists Innovation members of APAC team to find out the RcA of customers complaint, but also hand-over of his/her specific technical work package to lab relevant colleagues (QC) for following quality tracking.

8. Ensure adoption of state-of-the-art technologies and development concepts as well as adherence to quality standards and approvability.

9. Assisting to develops business growth opportunities in new or existing market segments in order to optimise growth, market share, profitability and value creation to meet or exceed TPU short and long-term business objectives.

Qualifications:.

• Master in polymer, materials science or closely related.

• Knowledge of compounding, respective chemistry, processing, structure property relationship.

• Knowledge in safety, quality management, IP management.

• Project management skills and leadership skills.

• English: fluent (speaking and writing).

• Team-orientated.

• Ability to maintain a safe work environment and follow safe work practices (e.g. with chemicals).• Preferably more than 3 years working experience in plastic field and well skill of machine operation more prefer.

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and strong analytical skills are required.
