The purpose of this role is to perform and support the standard Operational Finance activities as detailed in the end to end transaction process documentation for which the role relates: Order to Cash; Purchase To Pay; Record To Report.
Job Description:
我們正在尋找一位細心、主動且具良好分析能力的總帳會計，負責公司關帳、帳戶對帳及財務報告相關作業。此職位需與跨部門密切合作，確保財務資訊之正確性，並符合公司政策及相關法規要求。
工作內容 :
- 執行月結、季結及年結作業，確保關帳流程準時且準確完成
- 編製及審核會計分錄，確保帳務處理完整且符合準則
- 財務報表及數據分析
- 配合外部會計師年度財務、稅務查核及移轉訂價相關作業
- 支援年度內部稽核及相關文件準備
- 參與財務流程優化及系統改善專案，提升作業效率與品質
- 與各部門協作，協助解決日常帳務及財務相關問題
具備條件 :
- 會計、財務或相關學歷
- Excel
- 細心負責，能於期限內完成工作
- 高度適應性 (公司步調很快)
