The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Finance Organization has an immediate need for a Business Analyst to support our Leadership Team.  In this role you will assist in the coordination of gathering all relevant information regarding Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly KPI metric deliverables including Overhead Budgets, Support Pool EAC forecasts, MBR, OMM and SFP reviews.  This position is listed as hybrid based out of Tucson, AZ but can also be located out of McKinney, TX or Andover, MA. 

 

What You Will Do

·      Prioritize deliverables in a dynamic, geographically dispersed, and deadline driven environment.

·      Coordinate with OSCQ and Central FP&A regarding deliverables.

·      Interact with Finance and Functional Leadership within SCM.

·      Partner with peers across other RTN Manufacturing areas (Operations, Quality, etc).

·      Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as needed

 

Qualifications You Must Have

·      Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.

·       Experience in business management/analysis or related experience

·      Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).

·      Experience with professional presentations.

·      Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines.

·      Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

·      Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize workload.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
