About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Finance Lead to drive finance transformation and operational excellence. This role requires deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to lead finance reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance reporting, analytics, and operational support activities.
• Drive improvements in financial reporting accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP S/4HANA Finance and finance processes.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align finance operations with business goals.
• Provide strategic guidance on financial processes, systems, and reporting tools.
• Support decision-making through actionable insights and financial analysis.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement across finance operations.

Basic Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

• Atleast 5+ years experience in SAP FICO
• Expert proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Strong experience in financial reporting, analytics, and finance operations
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in leading business process reengineering efforts to optimize finance-related workflows and enhance process efficiency.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels, including C-suite executives, to present functional strategies and gain buy-in.

Bonus points if:

• You've got expert proficiency in SAP S/4HANA FI General Ledger
• You've got advanced proficiency in Financial Management Reporting
• You've got advanced proficiency in Finance Processes and Systems
• You’ve got external consulting experience.
• You know how SAP’s business development process works and you can help clients understand how SAP will help their company do more
  

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
