As a SAP -EWM /WM - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions within our SAP Supply Chain and Operations practice. This role involves working directly with clients to address complex business challenges, leveraging your skills to enhance process quality and delivery capabilities. Within our Advisory Acceleration Centre, you will contribute to PwC's global delivery excellence, providing premium services that support client engagements.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, using critical thinking to solve problems and guide others. This role requires you to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. You will have the opportunity to mentor Associates and junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages personal growth and technical development.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to extract insights from industry trends, confirming that your work aligns with the firm's standards and code of conduct. Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Leading the implementation of SAP Supply Chain Management solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to manage project delivery and resource allocation
- Developing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making in supply chain operations
- Utilizing data modeling and reporting tools to provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders
- Managing warehouse layout design and warehouse management systems to streamline operations
- Overseeing procurement strategies and cost management to achieve budgetary goals
- Facilitating demand forecasting and planning operations to align with business objectives
- Supporting inventory management and lead time reduction initiatives to improve supply chain performance
- Engaging in continuous process improvement to drive operational excellence and cost efficiency

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
- Utilizing data-driven insights for supply chain transformation
- Managing inventory with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Implementing procurement strategies for operational excellence
- Excelling in demand forecasting and planning operations
- Developing supply chain consulting skills for client support
