As a SAP Basis Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will work within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Responsibilities

- Leading SAP Basis workstreams and managing client expectations effectively
- Guiding teams in the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Utilizing SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver to optimize operational efficiency and support business transformation
- Developing strategic technology plans to enhance SAP software integration and utilization
- Collaborating with team leadership to validate quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Mentoring team members to deepen their skills and encourage professional growth
- Addressing conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders, escalating where necessary
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Promoting process improvement and automation within SAP technology frameworks
- Analyzing system interactions to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver
