As our Salesforce & Systems Architect, you own the design and evolution of the systems of record that run our commercial organization - from how we acquire ecosystem participants to how we retain and expand them. This is a senior individual-contributor role reporting into Revenue Operations. You'll partner with commercial leadership, RevOps, and cross-functional business partners to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable architecture that serves both the need in front of us and the business we're becoming.
You're building from a position of momentum - and the bar is to design systems that don't need re-architecting every time we scale.
What you'll own
Architecture & system design
- Design and own the Salesforce architecture spanning the full commercial lifecycle - acquisition, retention, and expansion - across every participant in our ecosystem
About the role
- Architect scalable solutions for partner management, forecasting, territory mapping and allocation, pipeline reporting, and lead management
- Make the build-vs-configure and declarative-vs-code calls, with a bias toward maintainable, flexible design over short-term fixes
The broader stack
- Own the system design and integration of the tools surrounding Salesforce - Gong, Stripe, Ironclad, Netsuite, and Snowflake - as one coherent architecture, connecting disconnected point solutions
- Lead data migration and platform integration work, ensuring data integrity across systems
- Maintain and rationalize adjacent business systems (e.g., Clay)
Partnership & rigor
- Work directly with RevOps and business partners to ground architecture in real requirements, objectives, and processes
- Establish the controls, documentation, and governance that make the system auditable and durable
- Bring clarity and creative solutions to ambiguous, undefined problems
You may be a strong fit if you
- Have 5+ years architecting and administering Salesforce in high-growth, fast-moving GTM environments
- Hold Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification; Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, or Architect-track certifications are a strong plus
- Have deep, first-hand command of Salesforce architecture - its capabilities, its constraints, and where the platform breaks at scale
- Have implemented and maintained QTC / CPQ solutions end to end
- Have led data migrations and integrated Salesforce with financial and commercial systems (Stripe and similar)
- Are fluent in modern automation and AI-assisted workflows, and have a point of view on where they belong in a commercial stack
- Have working SQL skills and comfort operating against a data warehouse
- Have a track record of scaling Salesforce implementations - and can point to systems you built that held up as the business grew

The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation.
