About the role…
We’re hiring a Manager, Client Strategy to join our Success team and lead the strategic management of a portfolio of top-tier brands. In this highly client-facing role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to marketing executives—many in the luxury fashion and beauty space—working to retain and grow their business through data-backed affiliate and creator strategies. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client experiences and help scale ShopMy’s brand success model.
Your Impact to The Role:
- Serve as a strategic advisor and relationship owner for high-profile brand accounts
- Partner with Sales to align on goals and unlock upsell opportunities
- Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that lead to client growth
- Proactively identify and solve day-to-day business challenges across your portfolio
- Elevate conversations with brand stakeholders to maximize value and investment in ShopMy
- Escalate meaningful product feedback to influence product development
- Represent the voice of the client internally and ensure an exceptional experience across touchpoints

What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in a highly client-facing, strategic role within an agency, marketing organization, media company, SaaS company, or similar environment
- Experience supporting high-profile or luxury brands
- Performance fluency - you can read the data, diagnose what's driving results, and recommend clear next steps
- A track record leading client conversations on growth, performance, testing, and budget, and turning them into retention and expansion
- Strong communicator who can make complex performance insights land with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s Degree
Bonus Points:
- SaaS Customer Success experience
- Experience at a remote startup
- NYC-based is a plus, but not required
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing and the creator economy
- Familiarity with Salesforce

The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation. ShopMy is flexible pending candidate's experience and how our business needs evolve throughout the search. Every employee of ShopMy receives equity on top of cash compensation!
