As a Salesforce Marketo+ AJO, Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications to deliver impactful solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity. This role at PwC Acceleration Center India offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. You will uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications
- Collaborating with clients to develop and optimize business processes using Salesforce tools
- Managing and inspiring junior team members to deliver quality client service
- Navigating complex client situations to deliver strategic solutions and achieve objectives
- Utilizing technical skills in Salesforce Administration, Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud to support client projects
- Developing training materials to facilitate client understanding and adoption of Salesforce applications
- Engaging in project architecture and budgeting to align with client goals and timelines
- Integrating emerging technologies to innovate and improve client business models
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Navigating complex client relationships and delivering tailored solutions
- Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud for innovative projects
- Developing training materials to enhance team capabilities and client satisfaction
- Implementing technology integration strategies to optimize business processes
- Excelling in analytical thinking to interpret data and inform strategic decisions
