About the Role:
Gruve Customer Experience business is looking for a talented Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer working in Seoul, Korea. As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer at Gruve, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining marketing solutions on Salesforce Marketing Cloud that align with business needs. You will collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate marketing requirements into technical solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Salesforce projects, leverage innovative technologies, and contribute to the growth of a rapidly evolving organization.
What You'll Do:
- Marketing System Development: Design, build, and develop marketing systems on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Data Design & Processing: Design Data Extensions, integrate customer data, and process data and build segments using SQL.
- Marketing Automation: Implement automation using Journey Builder and Automation Studio, and develop personalized messages.
- Channel Integration: Integrate messaging channels including Email, SMS/MMS, and KakaoTalk.
- System Integration: Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Analyze and resolve system issues to ensure stable operations.
- Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work closely with project teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver features.
- Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for developed features and integrations.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Salesforce projects.
- Hands-on experience implementing or developing on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in SQL and API integration development.
- Understanding of or experience in digital marketing.
- Strong ability to analyze client requirements and solve problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AMPscript, SSJS, and HTML/CSS.
- Experience integrating Sales Cloud via Marketing Cloud Connect.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Next or Data Cloud projects.
- Experience delivering CRM and marketing automation projects.
Certifications
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
- Salesforce Certificated Platform Developer I
