About the Role

The Sales Support Analyst, Quote & Contract Management, plays a critical role in supporting the Sales organization by providing expertise in quote configuration, contract administration, and operational processes. This position serves as a trusted partner to Account Executives, helping ensure sales opportunities are accurately structured, compliant with company policies, and processed efficiently. The analyst works cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues, streamline workflows, and drive operational excellence throughout the quote-to-cash process.

What You'll do:

Quote & Contract Support

• Manage a queue of incoming Operations Requests within Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work.
• Partner with Account Executives to configure complex quotes within Salesforce and CPQ systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
• Support contract administration activities, including processing contract adjustments, amendments, and customer account updates.
• Initiate and manage back-office processes related to site merges, contract transfer agreements, and other customer-related requests.
• Review transactions for completeness and accuracy while ensuring compliance with established sales and operational processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Issue Resolution

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Contracts, Billing, Renewals, Customer Success, Finance, and other business partners to resolve customer and sales-related issues.
• Provide guidance and support to sales teams regarding operational processes and order management requirements.
• Escalate complex issues as needed and coordinate resolution efforts across multiple departments.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance the overall sales support experience.
• Participate in initiatives and projects focused on increasing efficiency, scalability, and operational effectiveness.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of process documentation, knowledge resources, and best practices.
• Support data accuracy and operational reporting through proper documentation and transaction management.
