Type: Full-time
Location: Remote
About RNK Health
RNK Health is a fast-growing telehealth brand. We help people get treatments like NAD+, sermorelin, tirzepatide, semaglutide, and B12 — prescribed by licensed providers and shipped to their door. We run our own ads, our own funnels, and our own sales and support team.
What this job is
You own the machine the sales team runs on — the systems, the data, and the deliverability. If a call gets flagged as spam, a text doesn't land, a lead routes to the wrong rep, or the dashboard lies, that's you. You make sure the team's tools work, their numbers are trustworthy, and their messages actually reach people.
This is a hands-on, technical operations job. You'll configure dialers, register campaigns, chase down deliverability problems, build routing rules, and keep the reporting honest. You partner closely with the Sales Director, who owns the people and the words — you own the plumbing underneath.
What you'll own
Phone and text deliverability. Our calls and texts have to land. You watch spam-flag rates, keep numbers healthy, rotate them when needed, manage local presence and branded calling, and A2P 10DLC registration. You own text delivery rates and fix blocking problems before they cost a week of revenue. You work directly with the vendors (Twilio, First Orion, and others).
Systems and tooling. Own our tools and how they connect. Configure them yourself — powerlists, dialer settings, integrations, link and UTM tracking. When the Sales Director needs a new capability, you build or source it.
Lead routing and distribution (build). The Director sets the strategy for who gets which leads; you build and maintain the routing that makes it happen — speed-to-lead rules, cadence automation, no-answer logic.
Tracking and attribution. Own how we attribute calls, links, and purchases: UTM and link structure, subscription metadata, call tracking, and pickup / connect / conversion measurement. If we can't trust the numbers, nothing else matters.
Reporting and dashboards. Own the data behind the sales dashboard — the pipeline, the definitions, the accuracy. The Director reads the numbers; you make sure they're right and available.
Testing infrastructure. The Director decides what to test; you run it cleanly — proper setup, one variable at a time, correct measurement, and a written record of results. You make sure a 'win' is really a win.
Compliance (technical). You implement the compliant opt-in flows, consent tracking, A2P registration, and subscription disclosures. You work with the Director and compliance to keep every channel legal at the systems level.
Who we're looking for
Three or more years in sales ops, rev ops, or a technical operations role supporting an inside sales or call center team
You know phone systems, dialers, and CRMs well enough to configure them yourself, not just file a ticket
You've fixed a spam-flagging or text-blocking problem before and can explain exactly how
You live in spreadsheets and can build a report someone can actually trust
You understand A2P 10DLC, deliverability, and calling/texting compliance — or can get up to speed fast
You're the person who notices a number is wrong before anyone acts on it
Nice to have
Experience in telehealth, supplements, weight loss, or another subscription health business
Experience with dialer tools (Kixie, Calltools, or similar), omnichannel marketing tools (Customer.io, SalesMSG, or similar), CRM (Sales Force, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar), and other sales-related software (Twilio, First Orion, Plivo, etc.)
You've set up A2P 10DLC or branded calling from scratch
Light scripting / SQL, or comfort with APIs and integrations
First 90 days
Days 1–30: Learn our stack end to end (Kixie, Customer.io, CRM, tracking), audit our number health and deliverability, and hand us a written list of the biggest systems and deliverability leaks.
Days 31–60: Fix the top deliverability issue, clean up lead routing, and get our tracking and attribution trustworthy end to end.
Days 61–90: Stand up a reporting layer the Director and leadership can trust, and deliver a clear roadmap for tooling and deliverability for the next quarter.

Our texts start getting blocked on a Monday morning. Walk us through your first four hours.
