À propos de ce poste Sales Manager - Experiential Marketing chez Aardvark Studios
Great Sales Managers Build Teams That Win.
At Aardvark Studios, we're looking for an experienced sales leader who loves sales, loves developing people, and knows how to build a team that consistently delivers results.
This isn't a traditional individual sales role. Your success will be measured by the success of the salespeople you lead.
You'll have the authority, resources, and support to build a high-performing team, strengthen our sales processes, and drive profitable revenue growth.
We're looking for someone who has done this successfully before, knows the experiential marketing industry, and is excited about the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
What You'll Own
- Own the revenue goals and performance of your assigned salespeople. Set clear expectations, track results, and hold people accountable.
- Actively coach your team through prospecting, client relationships, pipeline management, deal strategy, and closing. Help good salespeople become great.
- Establish and continuously improve a disciplined, repeatable sales process. Drive consistent CRM usage, accurate forecasting, and strong pipeline management.
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain exceptional salespeople. Address underperformance directly and make difficult personnel decisions when necessary.
- Get involved in strategic opportunities, help your team navigate complex deals, and remove obstacles that prevent them from winning.
- Work closely with estimating, creative, and operations to ensure we're pursuing the right opportunities, protecting margins, and delivering on our commitments.
Who We're Looking For
- Deep experiential marketing industry experience is required, ideally on the fabrication, production, or activation side of the business.
- A proven track record successfully managing, coaching, and developing B2B salespeople.
- Demonstrated success achieving team revenue goals and improving sales performance.
- A genuine passion for sales, developing talent, and winning business.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, forecasting, CRM systems, and performance management.
- The confidence to make decisions, have difficult conversations, and hold people accountable.
- A proactive, resourceful leader who takes ownership, solves problems, and brings recommendations rather than waiting for direction.
Above all, we value people with grit, integrity, empathy, sound judgment, and an unwavering commitment to doing what's right for our employees and customers.
Why Aardvark?
We're not selling ordinary products. We help bring ambitious ideas to life for leading brands and agencies through creative design, custom fabrication, technology, and nationwide experiential activations.
You'll work directly with our leadership team, have meaningful authority over your team's success, and help shape a growing sales organization.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build something, develop great people, and see the results of their leadership.
