Directly proposes and sells a portfolio of technical and non-technical products, services, and solutions to current and new end customers. Informs customers about new product/service launches and pricing.

Develops, monitors, and adjusts lead generation plans to ensure a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.

Manages daily activities to support the business health and growth of end customers through consulting engagements.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct direct sales in limited regions or defined product/product areas.
• Contact new and existing customers.
• Educate customers on company products and services.
• Collaborate with product/service departments to ensure effective delivery and support.
• Respond to customer complaints and inquiries.
• Propose cost-effective and practical options for customers, such as product/service bundling.
• Seek cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for additional products/services.
• Generate revenue in line with territory sales targets.
• Support implementation of process improvement activities.
