Are you looking for a great Senior Administrative role?   We are looking for a confident, skilled “go getter” who will take the initiative and drive results.   This role will be a critical partner and key enabler to our Sales Account Executives and our Multi Functional Team.   This position requires strong attention to detail and very strong technical and analytical capabilities.    The person in this role will interact directly with Sales Account Executives, Multifunctionals (Product Supply, Operations, Finance), Customers, Internal P&G resources, and 3rd Party Vendors.  This job is located in San Antonio, Texas.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain Team ADLs and lead ADL process with required systems (IDAX, Power BI)
• Lead the team’s invoicing and deduction processes with P&G’s Costa Rican affiliates.    Manage payment and deduction resolution, utilize dashboards for issue tracking, implement new scripts when necessary, and have oversight over the process.
• New Item Set Up Process – to include automation of forms and utilizing Selenium scripts.
• Support multiple categories across  HEB specific systems, including tasks related to offer creation and tracking, coupon generation and submission, merchandising, cost changes, and price discrepancy management.
• Assist/Coordinate P&G Leadership visits, Top to Top Customer Meetings, Category Road Shows, Team and Pillar Meetings.
• Leverage business knowledge and digital tools for Sales and Supply Chain efficiency – including data mining, automation, and process improvement.
• Ability to flow to the work, managing multiple priorities according to the needs of the business.
